Orders are generally shipped via Dropp, unless otherwise stated. We offer free delivery for the Reykjanes area and availability to pick up upon request. Standard delivery time within Iceland is 2–5 business days. Should any delays occur, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible. We recommend that items are inspected upon delivery. Any defects must be reported within 14 days. In such cases, we offer repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with the Icelandic Consumer Sales Act.
